A Sound Bath takes you on a healing journey with an improvised concert for the soul; a cosmic symphony of spontaneous crystal and vibrational sound that is played with mindful intent.
During a Sound Bath you are bathed in a vibration of sound which helps to achieve a deep state of relaxation. The brain enters into the meditative theta state and the body moves into the process of healing and repairing itself. Sound Healing is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well-being and elevated health.
During our waking state, the normal frequency of our brain waves is that of Beta. Sound tools entrain the brain to move into the deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies. These are the frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind and intuition. Modern medicine can now measure and confirm the practice of sound as a means to promote healing. Therefore, sound is a type of energy medicine that creates the sacred space in which people can heal.

Sound has long been recognized as one of the least used methods for healing, yet often one of the most successful ways to rebalance and harmonize our inner health. The awesome combinations of ancient sounds, sacred design, mystical vibrational power, and intuitive energy can result in a beautiful and very rewarding healing and relaxing experience for sound bathers.

As a Sound Artist, I create this intentional space while improvising a concert of quartz crystal singing bowls, Alchemy bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, Planetary Gongs, Shanti chimes, crystal pyramids, vocal toning and other sound healing tools. The frequencies generated from the symphony of instruments played have beautiful healing effects and long term relaxing results.
Music and sound are at the heart of healing.
